Experience
Experience God’s Love
We believe that God’s love is more than an idea to be known in theory; God is real, as is God’s love, which becomes real to us when we experience it. Our relationship with God is mutual, that is, a two-way street. The act of expressing love to God opens us to the experience of God’s love. We design our weekly worship services to provide opportunities to express love for God in ways that open us to the experience of God’s love, both during the service and throughout the week to come.
Develop
Develop Relationships
Jesus said that the most important commandments are to love God and to love our neighbors. We believe that our experience of God’s love propels us toward loving our neighbors, and that our love for God grows as we love neighbors. We provide many small-group opportunities to help people to develop deeper relationships with each other, to give and receive support as we grow in our faith.
Revive
Revive The World
As our faith matures, our definition of neighbor expands. We become sensitized to the places in this world that need to be redeemed. We believe that, as we are brought to new life by experiencing God’s love and developing relationships, we can bring that new life into a world in need. We revive the world at Christ Church through a variety of service opportunities within our walls and throughout our community and world.
